Can Drone be integrated with a security system?

Application of new/upcoming drone technology can be very vital and important in managing security of any campus or building. With the help of drones having camera as per site conditions can heavily reduce the deployment of cameras on the field and people deployed. Following are the application of the drones:

1. Security Tour Management – Drone with attached camera can fly on pre-defined area. The attached camera view will be displayed or recorded in Security Control Room.
2. In case of Alarm from PIDS & Access Control or CCTV Camera, drone can automatically fly on the point of alarm and hover on the top. And the camera view of the drone can be viewed in Security Control Room. Drone can be controlled and taken to different area or follow an intruder as required.
3. Monitoring Mode – In case, security team want to view a particular situation or area, drone can fly to the area of alarm and can capture the images and videos, capable of traveling varying heights and distances.
